Hi, I am Dr Sandra Hamilton: Confidence builder and rapid transformational therapist.
I know what it is to be afraid. I spent (it feels like) my entire life feeling afraid, running away mentally and emotionally from issues I should have confronted.
Living in fear is no fun. Fear of abuse, job loss, pain, health issues, financial issues etc.
Everyone refers to me as Dr H. My clients tell me that my gift is building their confidence. So now I am known as Dr H: The Confidence Builder. Over the past ten years my work has been focused on helping creative professionals to develop self-esteem and confidence in walking their own path, removing mental blocks, shifting their mind set, helping them to lose weight, overcome abuse and gain mental and emotional freedom. I do this by personally keeping you safe while allowing/helping you to feel calm, powerful, confident and focused as we eliminate anxiety, depression, stress and lack of confidence.
